The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Shipping POLICY
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 day (including weekends but excluding holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We do our best to deliver your products as fast as possible. If you haven’t received your order 2 business days after the estimated delivery day, please contact us at contacts@first-date.store with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible using the form in the Contacts page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
returns& EXCHANGES
First Date Accessories follows a 7-days returns policy, whereby the customer must let us know within 7 days of receiving the item if they wish to return it. The item must not be damaged before or during the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of the item being delivered at contacts@first-date.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. To return an item, please click on the returns form at the bottom of the page. Unfortunately, we do not allow exhanges yet.
